We are looking for an Sr. Financial Analyst to provide requirements management, financial/accounting and acquisition process support in accordance with the full scope of laws, regulations, and policies affecting the Agency's accounting services, systems, and operations. Position Type: Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits
Location: 12300 Sunrise Valley Dr, Reston, VA
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Responsibilities Assist government lead/TPOC in the preparation of and/or review of acquisition support documentation for accuracy, compliance with Agency and DoD acquisition and financial policy, to include Determination & Findings memo, Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), CAF Clin Form, DD Form 254 forms, to ensure completeness for inclusion in PR packages as required;
Create/complete Acquisition Planning Record (APR), Purchase Requests (PR), in the DIA Contract Management System (CMS), and track progress of CMS packages, until fully approved, committed and obligated. Ensure all CMS packages are complete for routing and approval;
Follow CMS packages through fund certification, ensuring timely commitment and obligation, making corrections as needed and approved;
Notify government lead of any issues with funding;
Assist government lead with working MIPR unliquidated obligations;
Prepare invoice receiving acceptance forms, submit to TPOC for signature and upload signed document to MIPR Acceptance and Logging Tool (MALT);
Run Account Detail Reports (ADR) in FACTS as needed to reconcile expenses, prepare documentation to identify low or high contract burn rate with TPOC as it relates to purchase requests advising if additional funds are needed or if funds need to be reduced, and the reasoning. Requirements At least 8 years working within federal government budget execution, monitoring and financial reporting.
