We are looking for a skilled Sales and Delivery Performance Manager to lead our sales efforts while overseeing recruitment delivery operations. Job Summary:
The Sales and Delivery Performance Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and overseeing the delivery of recruitment services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets, while also managing the coordination of recruitment delivery with the Delivery Manager in India and the broader operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, recruitment delivery, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members to provide feedback, address challenges, and set development goals.
Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within the sales team.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Review individual and team performance metrics, including sales targets, client meetings, and CRM activities.
Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for both sales and delivery.
Identify trends and areas for improvement in sales processes and recruitment delivery outcomes.
Delivery Management Oversight:
Collaborate with the Delivery Manager in India to ensure recruitment services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.
Monitor delivery timelines, quality, and performance standards to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Participate in strategic planning to align delivery capabilities with sales targets and client demands.
Hands-on Sales and Delivery Involvement:
Join key client calls to understand their needs and ensure both sales and delivery are aligned to meet them.
Support the sales team in refining pitches and address recruitment delivery-related concerns.
Act as an escalation point for any delivery issues and work with the India team to resolve challenges promptly.
Strategy Alignment and Optimization:
Align sales and recruitment delivery strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and service quality.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has the right materials and support.
Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs for the sales and delivery teams and coordinate programs to enhance skills and effectiveness.
Introduce sales and delivery methodologies that drive results.
Facilitate internal training sessions to promote best practices.
Reporting and Communication:
Present regular updates to senior leadership on both sales and delivery performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure clear and consistent communication between the sales, delivery, and operations teams.
Stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in sales management, recruitment delivery oversight, or a similar role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing service delivery in a B2B environment.
Experience collaborating with offshore teams (preferably in India) and managing delivery operations.
Strong background in CRM and ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales and delivery performance metrics.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and developing both sales and delivery teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and departments.
Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
