Responsibilities:
Peraton has an exciting Contracts Senior Administrator position for an individual who has a strong contracts management background to join our contracts team. The core areas of responsibility for this position include the following key areas: GWAC/MAC-IDIQ contract and multiple award schedule contract management, with a focus on professional services and enterprise technology contracting, as well as managing additional standard and non-standard contracts.

Responsibilities:

Multiple Award IDIQ/GWAC and Schedule Contract Management: As a contracts subject matter expert, contribute to analysis and recommendations pertaining to acquisition policies surrounding IDIQ/GWAC or federal task order contracts sourced from various contract vehicles to include but not limited to GSA, NITAAC/CDC, the VA, Army, Navy and other key Peraton customers. Be an active and integral team member and participant in deal reviews; lead IDIQ/GWAC contract-related management and oversight. Work with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and/or modify internal policies, procedures, frameworks, CONOPS, and internal control systems/tools to maintain continuous compliance with new and existing MA-IDIQs.

Department Training and Development: Develop and update internal training content pertaining to GSA and other Agency acquisition policies around the contract management of multiple award contract vehicles. Identify potential gaps and risks when it comes to fulfilling compliance standards, and help develop recommendations, processes, and controls to improve organizational policies and procedures. Develop and deliver internal training to address Peraton's Contract policies and procedures, and employee responsibilities relating to the contract requirements of multiple award contract vehicles.

Contract Portfolio Management: As a senior-level contracts professional, energetically deliver contracts management support the following responsibilities:

Administers, extends, negotiates and supports contract closeout of standard and non-standard contracts, task orders and subsequent amendments.

Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Support risk reviews for solicitations, ensure terms and condition compliance, complete proposal compliance checks (color team participation), responsible for completion of any representations and certifications, assist with proposal and pricing strategy, supports the development of the contracts volume (to include any OCI Mitigation Plans), and serve as the negotiator for any resultant contract negotiation.

Advises program team of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.

Monitors program performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.

Prepares and disseminates information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.

Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.

Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.

Supports non-disclosure agreement and teaming agreement negotiations between company and outside sources.

Fosters trusting relationships with internal and external customers.

Ensure the contracts system as well as filing is up-to-date in accordance with policies and procedures and support general ad hoc reporting and tasking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of contract administration experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience.

Additional work experience may be substituted for degree.

An in-depth knowledge about federal government contracting, to include federal acquisition process and regulations.

Extensive experience managing a variety of contract types, including GSA and other federal agency issued multiple award contract vehicles.

Experience managing a team of one or more subordinate employees.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and objectives pertaining to complex issues.

Ability to follow direction and work independently with limited supervision

Analytical thinker with strong change management, written and oral communication skills

Must possess a solid understanding of compliance rules, legal contract language, and operational areas where an organization may be more vulnerable to non-compliance

Business acumen with ability to think critically and develop creative and practical solutions.

Experience with the development and negotiation of bids.

Working knowledge of a variety of contract types.

Strong writing and time management skills.

Attention to detail and organization.

Highly adaptable to change

Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-moving environment.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience with SharePoint site administration and creation of custom lists or libraries.

PMP, CFCM and/or DAWIA certifications are preferred.

Target Salary Range:
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
