Role Description: This Database Admin will be responsible for providing software developers and database administrators to maintain the governments existing systems which include the Governments cyber incident reporting system (SQL, CSS, HTML, ASP), incident response scripts (PowerShell, Windows CMD Batch), Red Team command and control suite (.net, C#, SQL). The Contractor staff will also build new software tools as needed for the conduct of defensive cyberspace operations. Contractor database administrators will maintain the existing database systems previously mentioned as well as databases related to other systems to include the SIEMs (Kabana, Elastic) and ESS management systems. Contractor staff will also build new database systems as needed for the conduct of defensive cyberspace operations. Contract staff will provide general scripting support to include Regular Expression (RegEx), Python, Powershell, and VB .NET. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Document all developed code to include help commands, code comments, and README files. Provide source code and all documentation to the Government to include all changes Maintain existing databases, build new databases, and migrate or change databases as needed. At least once per calendar year, update the tactics, techniques, procedures, training, and education documentation (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Documents stored on SharePoint) for this task. Provide support required to maintain the Governments CSSP accreditation to include documentation and technical writing support as needed. Qualifications: Clearance Level: TS/SCI Education: Bachelors degree Certifications: Possess DoDD 8570 IAT Level II certification or greater.
