Zantech is looking for a talented Project Manager to support the application development Operations & Maintenance programs for our Army client. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leads development team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects to establish objectives and allocate resources.
- Works with the development team to manage system backlog and schedule application releases.
- Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility or multiple locations.
- Prepares long and short range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production.
- Coordinate with cyber security for strategy and resolution of POA&Ms
- Maintain contract deliverables include biweekly status report and application documentation.
- Maintain integrated schedule in MS Project
- Manage program's operations help desk and ensure the service level agreement is met. Required Security Clearance:
- Active DOD Secret or higher per contract requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 7 years experience AND Associates Degree OR 5 years experience AND Bachelors Degree
- PMP Certification, desired
- Experience with deploying large scale applications, desired
- Experience with automatic or semi-automatic application deployment, desired
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar development tool, preferred - Experience with help desk ticket tracking tool, preferred
- Knowledge of Information Assurance Requirements for application development, preferred
