Employee Referral Program & Bonuses Responsibilities In this role as the Senior USMC Military Intelligence Operations Analyst, you shall serve as a Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Intelligence Operations Analyst to a science and technology client in the information environment. As a MAGTF Intelligence Operations Analyst, you will use your all-source intelligence expertise to support plans, operations, and exercises, and illuminate threat trends and indicators through intelligence production and briefings. This is a hybrid position with time split between 40% onsite and 60% offsite/telework. This role is currently not yet fully funded, and is contingent upon contract award. Required Qualifications Requirements: Must-Haves: Knowledge of Force Design 2030 and technologies being applied by the USMC
Bachelor's degree (related field or discipline preferred) and 8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, OR 15+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis in lieu of degree
Experience collaborating with DoD counterparts to produce finished intelligence analysis, reports, and summaries
Experience presenting and synthesizing technical information to present to non-technical audiences
Experience briefing senior military and government officials
Knowledge of threat actors and technological priorities for Marine Corps intelligence systems
Ability to write reports and information papers, prepare graphics, and analyze operational data Desired Qualifications Nice-to-haves: Experience with DoD requirements and acquisition policies and processes
Experience with Test and Evaluation (T&E) plans and field user evaluations
Knowledge of command and control (C2) systems related to intelligence processes
Master's degree, related field or discipline preferred
Graduation from a Career Level School PME
