Essential Job Function Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Provides guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, and physical security to ensure compliance with standards. Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property. Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs. Provides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as propriety information. Prepares, sends, and receives visitor certifications. Investigates losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Manages the continuing eligibility program for employees. Periodically inspects the facility to ensure physical security measures. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications TS/SCI Associates Degree 4-7 years of applicable experience DSCA FSO training preferred Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
