Job description
Duties You will administer and maintain all E-Business programs (i.e., Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System Next Generation (FPDS-NG . You will gather specifics of problems or failures by consulting users and monitoring interfaces and transactions logs. You will manage and administrate the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform, and the Contractor Performance Reporting System (CPARS). You will serve as the organization's Assistant Security Specialist assisting the primary Security Specialist with responsibilities to the organization. You will ensure all procurement reports are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission, with corrective action implemented to maintain the integrity of the reports as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment. The work may require regular and recurring periods of walking between offices, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying of computer equipment and components while installing and/or moving. Items may weigh up to 30 pounds. Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering and maintaining E-Business programs (e.g. Procurement Electronic Document Access (EDA), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Contractor Performance Reporting System (CPARS), including coordinating system updates and improvements). GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following providing administrative support for maintaining E-Business programs (e.g., via a procurement desktop).
