Qualifications VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Intelligence Systems Analyst/Project Coordinator Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 8 to 12 years of related experience. Experience: Recent operational experience (within 5 years) supporting Marine Corps intelligence operations and employing associated Intelligence systems. In-depth understanding of current and emerging GIS, all-source analysis systems, and non-SIGINT collection methods. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Solid understanding of project coordination and documentation practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to support field demonstrations and exercises to include traversing rugged terrain on foot, unloading and loading of equipment and systems under test, and riding in military tactical vehicles, ships, and air platforms. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time. TS/SCI level Clearance required. Additional Qualifications Highly Desired: Understanding of DoD acquisition processes. Experience supporting RDT&E efforts. Knowledge of intelligence systems testing and evaluation processes. Experience in project coordination or administration. Familiarity with data management and documentation practices. PMP or CAPM certification or similar Project Management designation. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Job Description: Manage assigned projects by ensuring cost, schedule, and performance metrics are met and deliverables are provided in a timely manner, by organizing, directing, coordinating, and directly supporting the planning, production, and execution of all project activities while adhering to and meeting project quality expectations. Provide analytical and operational support for the transition and deployment of intelligence systems, including GIS, all-source analysis, and non-SIGINT collection hardware and software. Assist in the coordination and administration of projects related to intelligence system development, testing, and deployment. Support government and contractor teams in the evaluation and documentation of intelligence systems. Maintain project documentation, records, and reports to ensure accurate and timely communication of project status. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and system lifecycles. Assist in identifying opportunities for technology insertion and capability enhancements. Support the development of requirements for new or evolving intelligence systems. Provide administrative support for meetings, briefings, and other project-related activities. Essential Duties of the Job: Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups. Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard. Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
