Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: Bachelors Job Description: Information Technology (IT) Project Analyst will support the planning, execution, and management of various projects, ensuring they align with M26/Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) goals and requirements. This role involves analyzing project data, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing insights to drive project success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Ensure all parties are informed of project status, changes, and key decisions. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security protocols. Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in project management. Mandatory Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis, project management, or a related field Proven experience working on projects within a high-security environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Desired Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) is preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or 5 years of related field work Physical and Environmental Conditions : Requires Sitting (66%), Standing (15%), Walking (15%), Near Acuity (100%), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of fingers and hands (100%) Travel 5% CONUS.
