Job description

Functional Responsibilities: The ISSE3 shall possess an active and transferable U.S. TOP-SECRET (with SSBI). The ISSE3 shall provide services for securing, maintaining, operating, and supporting the Customer's IT systems by providing continuous assurance with full awareness of security, regulatory, corporate policies, compliance, and implementation of technology in support of security controls. The ISSE shall keep up to date information on the Customer's security posture and provide status updates and briefings to Customer management. The ISSE3 shall define system security requirements, develop security concept of operations (CONOPs), and security baselines. The ISSE3 shall conduct information security and cybersecurity assessment testing and reporting, identify deficiencies and document plans of actions and milestones. Minimum General Experience: The ISSE3 shall have five (5) years of experience in INFOSEC, and assessing, categorizing, classifying and evaluating Cybersecurity risks and threats. The ISSE shall have five years of experience using common INFOSEC and Cybersecurity tools such as Tenable Nessus and Security Center, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP). Preferred Experience: COMPTIA Advanced Security Practitioner or ISC2 Certified Information systems Security Professional or Associate. Preferred Skills: XACTA 360
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college; or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related scientific/technical field. Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience at the Customer's discretion.
