Position Overview:
G3 is seeking a highly skilled Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. The selected candidate will provide hands-on full-motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence products derived from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. This role is critical in supporting national security objectives, senior policymakers, the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Marine Corps (USMC), and Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • FMV Exploitation: Provide real-time, 24/7/365-366 full-motion video exploitation while maintaining Situational Awareness (SA) and understanding of the mission and intelligence requirements. • Imagery Analysis: Produce both standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products. • Research & Analysis: Utilize Cedalion, its follow-on, and other multi-disciplined IC databases to acquire amplifying or clarifying information in support of research and analysis. • Target Identification: Identify targets and related activities by understanding the Order of Battle for mission-related geolocations. • Metadata Creation: Generate and provide metadata to support structured observations for DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives. • Multi-INT Research: Conduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in line with Government priorities and SOPs. • Data Mining: Perform data mining using various databases, open-source reporting, digital video archives, and other intelligence sources to fill gaps in existing intelligence. • Peer Assessments: Provide peer-to-peer assessments for analysts requiring evaluations and when testing is needed. • Multimedia Production: Support exploitation activities with multimedia production.
Qualifications: • Proven experience in FMV imagery analysis within a national security, DoD, USMC, or IC environment. • Proficient in real-time FMV exploitation and analysis. • Capable of viewing, exploiting, recording, and typing live FMV exploitation comments simultaneously (minimum typing speed: 40 words/minute). • Strong research skills with the ability to utilize a variety of intelligence databases and open-source resources. • Knowledge of Order of Battle and target identification processes. • Experience in conducting multi-INT research and analysis to support intelligence missions. • Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced, shift work environment.
Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Cedalion or similar intelligence databases. • Experience producing multimedia products in support of FMV exploitation. • Background in geospatial analysis or related fields.
Work Environment:
This position requires working in a shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide continuous FMV exploitation support.
