Job description

Job Title
• Citrix Administrator Skills:
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Citrix Applications, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, DISA STIG, Microsoft Windows Server Required Technical Skills:
Windows Server administration
Domain/Active Directory administration, DNS, Group Policy Objects, DHCP
Update and maintain master VDI Windows images.
Performs software upgrades, Windows patch installs, firmware upgrades.
System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs and ACAS scans.
Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVA&D)
Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)
Upgrades Citrix based applications and hardware as required.
Dell Wyse terminal integration
Assists with daily operations and maintenance of enterprise Windows-based environments.
Provides support with restoration efforts for unplanned system outages and service disruptions.
Performs incident resolution for Tier 3 requests.
Document work for leadership, update/create Standard Operating Procedures, and brief staff and customers various tasks. Program Description
