We seek an experienced Audio Video Specialist to support telecommunications initiatives for a DoJ customer. To thrive/succeed, you should have: • TS security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related AV technical support experience.
• Proficiency in PC and network operations, including Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS.
• Hands-on experience with AV and VTC systems maintenance and repair, including cable termination, reading, drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction. We strongly prefer you have:
• Experience with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, AMX and Biamp
• Experience with Cisco TMS and Cisco CMS
• Experience in the installation, programming, and maintenance of VTC systems, Crestron Control Systems, Matrix switches, and digital signal processors Your responsibilities as the AV Specialist will include: • Support and troubleshoot various AV equipment, including video teleconferencing, projection systems, and control systems.
• Implement and maintain video teleconferencing systems, Crestron Control Systems, and digital signal processors.
• Participate in AV system installations, ensuring quality control and vendor coordination.
• Manage and maintain accurate AV equipment inventory and service logs.
