Clearance Type: Secret AERMOR is hiring Project Managers who will be responsible for overseeing information technology projects, provide management to personnel, oversee budgets and schedules, execute project communication plans, ensure successful implementation of network infrastructure projects and coordinate timelines with the customer, leadership and teams. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Network Operations (NetOps), including all Cyber Security activities. Ensures effective and efficient operation of network systems, architecture, and topology and that all operating systems are functioning properly and conform to operation security policies and procedures. Assists with the development and application of business processes to ensure appropriate service levels. Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the NetOps Center. Participates in strategic network and operations planning. Plans and supports implementation of new technologies. Provide programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, and budget planning. This position will support a government contract, and a government issued Secret security clearance is required. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing IT transformation projects, including task management and coordination, schedule development and management, risk management, quality management, and performance management reporting. Minimum of two (2) years of the five (5) years of experience previously referenced shall be directly related to the areas of Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning. Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline AND at least five (5) years of experience OR nine (9) years of relevant experience. PMP or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required. CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred.
