Description Position Title: Sr Applications Analyst Position Location: Norfolk, VA Clearance Level: Secret Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide Financial Analysis Support. 4.2 Provide support for procurement of equipment and materials. Provide subject matter expertise in the Industrial Management and Work Force Management Financial Management, Business Operations and Maintenance Data Systems support. These business areas correspond to the MARMC Production, Engineering, Finance, Command Support Services, and Business Departments. Experience with the following Shipyard systems: COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Automated Training Management System (ATMS), Material Requirement (MRQT), Material Access Technology (MAT), Supervisors Desk (SUPDESK), Supplemental Administration Employee Management (SAEM), Project Sequencing and Scheduling (PSS) and Business Objects or each of the follow-on/updated/transitioned systems. Provide support for designing, following, updating standardized business processes. Perform GAP Analysis review to assist in assuring Command Comprehensive planning is in place to facilitate timely and quality application deployment of Maritime System Environments. Provide Metrics Support to the employees of business area assigned. Provide support for core functions with Industrial Management. Provide support for core functions with Work Force Management and Human Resources (Military and Civilian). Provide support for core functions with Business Operations. Provide support for core functions with Maintenance Data Systems Support. Provide troubleshooting and analysis support within and between MARMC command applications (COST, AIM, AIMXp, ATMS, MRQT, MAT, SUPDESK, SAEM, PSS, and Business Objects) and future versions of aforementioned applications with similar functionality. Perform GAP analysis on MARMC command training needs. Develops applicable training criteria based on GAP analysis results. Develop application specific training curriculum to deploy to MARMC users Provide MARMC command application training to Government civilian, military, and contractor users. Develop and updates MARMC specific user guides and training bulletins to address software application functionality as needed. Provide AQL: 100% Compliant, Contractor shall provide personnel which meet or exceed the requirements Qualifications Eight (8) years of related experience. Meet minimum credential requirements IAW DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01
