Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a .NET Software Developer with expertise in .NET and MVC to support the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) and Electronic Warfare Data (EWD) mission. The role requires on-site work at the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in Norfolk, VA, with no remote option. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain NIODB (Microsoft Web Forms, MVC, Blazor) with Oracle Enterprise RDBMS. - Propose new technologies and support modern data format conversions (CSV, XML, JSON). - Maintain software security, documentation, and configuration. - Collaborate with network managers, system admins, and security teams. - Ensure disaster recovery readiness and system continuity. - Participate in Agile project management and sprints.
