Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and a passion for helping clients navigate their legal needs in real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Conduct title searches and resolve title issues.
  • Assist clients with zoning and land use matters.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations in Virginia.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate attorney.
  • Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
