You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our organization. HOW A SOFTWARE ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Designs, develops, evaluates, plans and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our technology stack cutting-edge. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI • Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required Required Skills and Abilities • Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with at least number years in a senior role. • Extensive experience with relevant programming languages and technologies, e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
