Job description

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to support the implementation of strategic and program goals to enable mission success. Responsibilities
• Provide support to the strategic planning efforts and define strategy in order to make resource-allocation decisions.
• Support the evolution of the strategic direction and strategy-related changes to identify gaps, redundancies.
• Assist with the prioritization and strategy development, working to define how to measure progress and outcomes, monitor strategies, create implementation plans and timelines.
• Assist in preparing agendas, talking points and highlights; prepare findings and recommendations reports and assess strategies.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining strategies using best practices to ensure alignment with mission, policies, directives, business goals and performance targets.
• Prepare briefings for all levels of the workforce, including senior leaders and internal and external customers. Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and Bachelor's degree are required
• Knowledge of strategic planning and program management processes.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate information, including complex data, clearly and in a compelling way.
• Ability to respond to sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
• Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables.
