Description Introduction Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a ServiceNow Portal Developer to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA. SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies. Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT). Job Description The ServiceNow Portal Developer will be central to how we design, ideate, cultivate, monetize, and scale new solutions that fundamentally transform the world of work. Responsible for solving complex user experience problems and articulate clear design requirements. Responsibilities: Develop site map and high-level task flow content and then use storyboards and other design documents to communicate concepts and vision to others. Develop UI layouts including controls, labels, and graphical elements for software on both mobile and desktop platforms with an eye towards experience unification. Generally focused on the look, feel, operation, user experience and functionality of an application developed on the ServiceNow platform. Build wireframes, designs, and mockups for new solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to prototype new or build the UX/UI of existing ServiceNow applications. Creating new concepts with wireframes, producing high-fidelity mockups, writing detailed documentation, and critically assessing designs. Qualifications Required Qualifications It is required that the ServiceNow Portal Developer have the following qualifications; BA/BS. Nine (9) or more years of experience or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. ServiceNow portal experience. User interface and use experience required. US Citizenship and an active Secret Clearance. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
