We provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) free of Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) focused on independent analysis and mission support services within the disciplines of Engineering, Counter Terrorism Operations, Management, Information Technology, Signals Analysis, Administration, Cyber Security and Linguistics. FTS has opportunities for Targeters in Northern Virginia. Targeters are responsible for fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines. Responsibilities All-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and the presentation of reports to all levels of customer management Communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly while working collaboratively in a team environment Draft and disseminate written reports and requests for information Required Skills/Qualifications TS/SCI with Polygraph BS/BA degree 3+ years of relevant professional experience Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings Desired Skills/Qualifications Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices Formal training or certification as a Target Officer Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing Foreign language skills FTS International, LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
