Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Must have Naval Nuclear/Submarine experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a lead engineer for the Nosis and to support multiple Navy Nuclear Power / NAVSEA 08 programs, you'll lead a cross functional team responsible for ensuring programmatic success, track technical work and provide subject matter expertise in the relevant domains. Significant leadership positions within ISIC (Immediate Superior In Command) or Type Commander Staff duty
Significant Experience in Submarine Depot-Level repair
Technical / Programmatic management experience
Subject / Technical Matter Expertise in organizational level maintenance
