How the Full-Stack Developer Will Make an Impact: Leverage expertise to guide all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring robust and efficient processes.
Analyze user and business requirements to design and develop software systems that effectively address those needs.
Create detailed models and diagrams to aid programmers in understanding the software code required for applications.
Provide insightful analysis for reports on project specifications, progress, and activities related to software development.
Mentor and provide leadership to junior analysts, fostering their growth and skill development.
Act as a trusted consultant across various programs and contracts within the division, enhancing overall project alignment.Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic web applications.
Strong experience with Java for backend development.
Ability to collaborate and implement solutions effectively within a distributed team environment.
Experience working on a SCRUM team, actively supporting the Lean Agile Framework.
Conduct routine quality assurance activities, including peer reviews, to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with GIT and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing web services.
Experience with continuous integration, test automation, and DevOps practices.
Comfortable working in LINUX environments.
Skilled in translating both formal and informal system requirements into complex application interfaces.
Knowledge of JDBC, ODBC, or direct database interfaces for successful development in the environment.Preferred Skills: Experience in implementing microservices, particularly micro front ends.
Familiarity with government customer architecture and engineering board processes.
Background in deploying AWS cloud solutions effectively.
Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development.
Knowledge of distributed data architectures and their implementation.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience in Puppet module and Terraform development for infrastructure management.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain and enhance skill sets.
Hands-on experience with Web Services, including REST and SOAP.
Familiarity with AWS services and experience working within an AWS environment.Position Clearance Requirement:
