Echelon Services, a Native Hawaiian-owned company operating in the defense market, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled RPA Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to support critical defense projects. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing business processes and automation recommendations that will increase the efficiency of our customer's mission-critical needs, leveraging your expertise in business operations and information technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Observe current state processes in Maximus operations to identify automation candidates. Design/develop/test robotic process automation. Facilitate change management and implementation planning efforts. Assist with post-implementation analysis and validation activities Core IT and Software Development background, including experience with key programming languages, compilers, and operating systems. Testing experience, with Test Plan creation, CIT, SIT, and UAT experience (Testers often better understand the end-to-end process of how something works). Process improvement, process design, or development experience (Secondary to technical skills). Proven results in process improvement and automation (reduction in cycle time, transport, labor, SLA adherence, etc). Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience (or Master's Degree to replace work experience) Strong understanding of information technology and information systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with managing deliverables against set timelines A service-oriented mindset, aiming to provide value internally and to our clients wherever possible UiPath Business Analyst Certifications Familiarity with UiPath tool suite including Orchestrator, Studio, Document Understanding, and Ai Center Strong proficiency in working with software applications (i.e., JIRA, Slack, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Clearance Requires an active secret clearance Location This role is remote from the US Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon's total compensation package for employees.
