Position Overview: Edgesource is seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Specialist to support the Sponsor with the review of Advanced Persistent Threats activity and evaluate tools, techniques and procedures to defeat them. This position is located in the Northern Virginia area and requires that all job duties be performed full-time onsite. All candidates MUST possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance in order to qualify. Required Qualifications: Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. Experience with industry standard commercially available tools such as Metasploit and Burp Suite. Relevant certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional, Certified Ethical Hacker, and/or eLearn security training. Experience in penetration testing and engineering domains. Experience with Kali Linux and/or Cobalt Strike. Experience performing Exploitation and Vulnerability Analysis. Experience with Wireshark, TCPdump and packet analysis. Experience with IP and Network configuration and associated tools such as Nmap, Netcat, Netstat, iptables, etc. Experience with virtualization techniques such as VPS, cloud infrastructure, containers, etc. Python, Perl, and Javascript scripting experience. Knowledge of Reverse Engineering techniques and forensics. Experience with Linux variant Operating System. Experience with BSD variant Operating System. Experience with C/C++ software development. Experience with wired telephony technology (hardware or core software). Experience with mobile telephony technology (hardware or core software). Experience with ubiquitous core network device technology (switch/router/demultiplexer). Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED): Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
