We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Business PM with a Top-Secret security clearance or higher to join our dedicated team. Job Summary: As a Business Project Manager (PM) with a focus on business process and budget support, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects that streamline and optimize our business and logistics operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role is critical in improving our logistics processes, enhancing efficiency, and achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Lead and manage business process and logistics-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
Review monthly invoicing for accuracy and compliance to SOW standards.
Identify areas for improvement within business and logistics operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure projects meet established quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Job Requirements Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen
Top-Secret security clearance or higher preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
Skills Required:
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and logistics management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
