Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, leading teams, and ensuring the successful execution of construction goals. Your role will involve overseeing all phases of construction from planning to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large base building projects such as warehouses, data centers, and corporate interiors
• Oversee self-performing concrete and subcontractor work
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead teams, conduct site visits, and manage all project documentation

Profile

My Client is seeking professionals that are able to offer everything below:

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with base building or interiors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Familiarity with self-performing concrete is a plus
• Proficiency in construction management software and industry best practices
