Actual FTE bid, labor category, and skill level is at the discretion of the Contractor. INTRODUCTION: The Sponsor's office leads the engineering, delivery, sustainment, and evolution of the broader Sponsor's Information Technology (IT) in support of its mission. The Sponsors office leadership provides management and leadership for a wide spectrum of activities. The Sponsors office lines of business include: Collaboration Services, Endpoint and Security Services, Infrastructure Engineering and Hosting, Mission Unique Services, Mobile Solutions, and Business Management. The Sponsors office works closely with parent organizations and the broader Sponsor organization to collect, analyze and consolidate both financial and highly technical data for decision makers at all levels of the Sponsor and its community. The Sponsor requires support in measuring and detailing the success of service or capability operation and enhancements, and transitions from one service or capability to another to ensure that Sponsor is poised for success. This is a part time role with an estimated 16 hours per week. WORK REQUIREMENTS: Contractor Support; HRR; No The Contractor shall analyze internal and external customer needs and construct sound, logical business improvement opportunities that are consistent with corporate Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and system architecture objectives. The Contractor shall provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provide additional forms of knowledge transfer across Sponsor's organization. The Contractor shall collect, review, edit, and disseminate executive-level communication products, to include written documents, briefings, and talking points. The Contractor shall use their technical skills and experience to further current service offerings and Sponsor's mission. The Contractor shall analyze system requirements to determine approach and feasibility of design within time, cost, and security requirement constraints. 1. Demonstrated experience supporting large scale IT systems, identifying their dependencies and interoperability, and reviewing end-user use cases. 2. Demonstrated experience in preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses. 3. Demonstrated experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 4. Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical concepts and project information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. 5. Demonstrated experience working seamlessly with contractors from other organizations, as well as with staff at all levels. 1. Demonstrated on the job experience with Microsoft PowerBI. 2. Demonstrated experience working for the Sponsor previously. 3. Demonstrated experience reviewing system documentation or enterprise level audit recommendations in relation to Sponsor security guidelines.
