Job Description: This role will be responsible for full project accounting. Responsibilities include: Full Project accounting Good knowledge of Costpoint Project system and Cognos Setup and maintain projects. Run all project reports. Maintain project GL with monthly reconciliation to insure charging to correct account / projects. Track project funding and vendor funding. Reconcile vendor invoices to vendor service orders. Here's what you need: 7-10 years of experience in project accounting. Able to setup a project, report on a project (revenue / expenses), and track every aspect of a project. Solid MS Excel skills to build, maintain and reconcile spreadsheets. Costpoint project module user experience. Ability to run Costpoint reports, project reconciliations. Keep track of funding both projects and vendors (POs).
