R- Description Are you ready for your next challenge? The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Program Analyst to support one of our major DoD clients. The Program Analyst is a key member of DoD organization event's team responsible for the innovation, planning, and execution of the DoD CIO conference and other assigned self-contained meetings serving 300 to 1,100 attendees. As the Program Analyst, you will oversee and support all operational and logistical activities for assigned meeting and event-related activities. You will work closely with other components to develop a unified approach to meeting and events management, that reflects the DoD commitment to excellence. Key strengths include exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, manage contending priorities with ease, manage valuable internal and external relationships, and take ownership of projects. This position is remote, however you will be required to travel 25% to the Washington, DC metro area. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance to start. What will you do in this role? Work closely with the Customer Experience Officer (CXO) to recommend improvements to the current processes and procedures. Synchronize efforts with other DoD agencies to determine the best processes to achieve CXO success. Review existing CXO organizational procedures to ensure all efforts are meeting management expectations. Coordinate with the CXO to find organizational efficiencies to improve the Directorate's operational performance. Coordinate with other components to ensure all tasks are completed to support organizational projects. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team to ensure best practices. Ability to collaborate and deliver all services required by the organization in a high ops-tempo environment, coordinating between multidisciplined functions of internal and external organizations. Plan and schedule meetings and independently and proactively transmit information, obtain and assemble data, prepare and review presentations, communicate inside and outside of the directorate. Integrate support activities to ensure leadership is prepared for major events and engagements on a routine basis and in a timely manner. Process incoming requests and communications requirements to appropriately triage, address, and record internal and external tasks. Author, review, and edit drafts of notes, internal memoranda, and official correspondence to ensure major events are done efficiently. Track and maintain visibility on taskers and open actions based on inputs and guidance from senior staff in the office. Maintain electronic copies, and paper copies as directed by the Government, of all office documents such as certificates, awards, reports, and briefings. Manage daily assigned activities and maintain a professional work environment by knowing and following the office protocols. Basic Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience with managing events and coordinating large conferences. U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to interact with senior Government leaders, develop and present information/decision briefings. Solid organization skills and attention to detail. Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
