Description:
F5 is seeking a proactive and experienced Program Analyst to provide strategic front office type support to an intelligence community customer.
Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate business functions into a cohesive strategic management plan for all client business areas
Develop governance, customer engagement strategies and business improvement plans to meet desired strategic objectives
Facilitate working groups, determine agendas and draft meeting minutes as necessary
Deliver executive-level organizational performance support to the front office by gathering and analyze organizational data to assess progress of organizational plans
Ensure accountability by facilitating meetings, developing agendas, identifying actions, and facilitating timely resolutions.
Integrate and visualize data from diverse sources to generate new insights.
Develop executive-level reports, briefings, and dashboards.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA/MBA
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Experience with graphic design, visual aids, and other visually effective messaging.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.
Skill in drafting written communications for an executive-level audience.
Exceptional initiative and capability to operate with minimal oversight.
An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required on start
