Seeking a motivated Knowledge Management candidate in the Herndon, VA area. This person will be independent, a problem-solver, and an expert communicator. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining applications that can extract and compute data from the Customer's database repositories used to declassify, review, and release documents. The Candidate will be proficient in developing dashboards and tables in Tableau and other applications to effectively and efficiently produce business analytics and metrics for information review and release of documents. The ideal Candidate shall be proficient in, but not limited to: capturing metrics in various formats, producing facts and figures using data points; extracting, correlating, analyzing, and synthesizing disparate data and metadata. The ideal Candidate will be familiar with evaluating and applying Customer compliance policies and licenses related to the development of the Customer's programs and business analytics. The Contractor shall maintain a Business Analytics program for information review and release guidance development, quality assurance review and the capturing (documentation) of the guidance formulated into a production workflow improvement(s), designed to improve review efficiency, quality, and reduce or eliminate rework. 1. Essential: 3. • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, be decision-oriented and accountable, walk the talk, and engender trust and respect across stakeholders. 4. • Have the ability to think in terms of 'today' and 'tomorrow', influence and optimize desired outcomes, and possess the internal fortitude to recognize success through others. 5. • Strong communicative, collaborative and negotiation skills are essential. 6. • Must be a self-aware individual who is approachable, responsive, open to perspectives, and leverages the collective strengths of the Teams he/she supports. 7. • Possesses strong analytic and problem solving skills, has the ability to make informed/educated decisions, and possess a continuous improvement mindset. 8. • Through understanding of Information Security principles and Risk Assessment techniques. 9. • Experience working with Sponsor and providing input to A&A process activities and related documentation such as systems concept of operations, system security design, implementation plans, operational procedures, and maintenance training materials. 10. • Demonstrated experience conducting assessments of existing and proposed security architectures and designs for compliance (e.g. ICD 503). 11. • Bachelors degree (preferably in STEM field) and 3 years technical experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
