Target Salary: Up to $120,000 Security Requirements: TS/SCI/FS Poly Location: Herndon, VA Certifications: None Job Description: Key role in helping make the sponsor's history and accomplishments available to the public while protecting still sensitive equities from release. Assist with the selection/curation of records collections associated with historically significant topics. Conducting research and record searches, implementing project plans, tasking documents for review, conducting quality control/assurance. Coordinate with Information Review Offices, and other equity-holding offices and agencies and preparing collections for public release. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Must be able to consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work, and be willing to perform ad-hoc duties as needed. Excellent Customer Service, engagement, and collaboration skills. Outstanding judgement and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Superb research, analytic, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the statutes, executive orders, and regulations governing information disclosure or the willingness and ability to quickly learn. Knowledge of sponsor culture and procedures. The ability to assist with process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of the sponsor's case management and redaction tools, or a willingness to learn quickly. Understanding of sponsor's records management and/or search methodologies. Project Management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, and/or high school diploma and 11+ years of experience specific to the skills listed. Must be flexible and adaptable to changes, when needed, and have the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in on-line tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Access, and other required systems to be able to perform the duties. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Solid understanding of sponsor classification practices.
