Job description

Bridges SI seeks an Audio Video Integration Tech to continue developing our growth and prestige.

This position reports directly to the Integration Manager and is expected to be a contributing member of the Integration Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced AV systems, including video teleconferencing (VTC), audio teleconferencing (ATC), and presentation systems for meeting rooms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized AV solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of AV technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a customer-focused approach and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail is also crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations

Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, components, and cabling

Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
