Job description

Video-Teleconferencing and Access Control Support. The contractor shall: • Provide overall oversight, operation, maintenance, support, and administrative support for video-teleconferencing (VTC) and secure video-teleconferencing (SVTC) support services.
• Act as the primary contact responsible for scheduling and organizing point to point and multipoint audio and video conferences via NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks within HQ ACC/A3C. • Coordinate and manage conference room scheduling to include non VTC/SVTC events and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Maintain and update a division SharePoint site. Create and maintain a VTC/SVTC SharePoint site to provide a consolidated repository for all division VTC/SVTC requirements to include but not limited to:
• Complete set of the Government documentation or active links to the most current authoritative sources, including but not limited to policy, guidance, and directions.
• Automated scheduling and tracking.
• Internal trouble ticketing processes and tracking.
• Equipment and infrastructure tracking.
• Operation documentation.
• Coordinate with users and remote site facilitators on equipment or room configuration requirements.
• Provide an overview of the videoconferencing settings (mode, microphone use, etc.), as well as remote and onsite video conferencing training for room facilitators, conference participants, and equipment users.
• Load and configure video conferencing software applications to maintain compliance with Defense Intelligence Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and AFNETOPS directives. Verify all equipment settings before engaging secure connectivity.
• Perform and enforce IA policies and procedures IAW DISA STIGs and AFNETOPS directives for C2 and Intelligence Systems. Maintain, load, safeguard, and destroy cryptographic material provided by the Government in support of assigned VTC equipment as required.
• Observe and enforce safeguards for personnel if entering or exiting during a classified session.
• Maintain audio-visual processing and distribution equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and remediate VTC suite outages, including conducting periodic test calls.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise on VTC/SVTC architecture, compatibility, integration, emerging technology, etc.
• Conduct operational checks on all VTC/SVTC systems at the beginning of each workday.
• Conduct end of day security checks of rooms with VTC/SVTC capabilities. • Ensure all software, hardware, and firmware comply with appropriate security configuration guidelines, policies, and procedures for an Information System.
• Coordinate with System Administrator Support to draft and coordinate division security policy, guidance, and directions.
• Assist System Administrator Support with Computer Security program to ensure the division is prepared for inspections.
• Assist System Administration Support to provide assistance and support to division on NIPR, SIPRNET, and JWICS systems; IT policy, procedures, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Assist System Administration Support to install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment in accordance with AFNet Ops and local Communications Squadron directives/guidance.
• Assist System Administration Support to manage the Information System Security Officer/Cybersecurity Liaison (ISSO/CSL) and TEMPEST programs.
• Maintain DoD 8570 baseline certification training for Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (Security+) and all Client System Administrator (CSA), and Installation Systems Security Officer (ISSO), and Cybersecurity Liaison (CL) annual training requirements.
• Assists Communication Security (COMSEC) Responsible Officer in maintaining COMSEC account requirements, to include but not limited to, Tactical Local Area Network Encryptor (TACLANE) equipment.
• Assist the division Security Manager in validating VTC/SVTC access requirements to include, but not limited to: Accomplish all required security training, coordinate/input visit requests for secure facilities/programs, coordinate investigation/re-investigations, process read-in access and conduct quarterly inspections with members of A3 or the 633 ABW Security Office. Ensures necessary entry access letters and alarm access letters are updated as required. Video-Teleconferencing Support
(a) Possess and maintain current DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements for IAT Level II (b) Experience providing technical expertise and support for VTC/SVTC systems, including installation, configuration, operation, resolution of interoperability issues, and administration of hardware and software -5 Years
(c) Experience in managing enterprise VTC solutions supporting both secured and unsecured services in a DoD Information Network (DoDIN) environment -3 years
