SENIOR CYBERSPACE DIGITAL NETWORK INTELLIGENCE ANALYST Location: Hampton, VA (Langley AFB) US Citizenship Required: Yes Clearance: TS / SCI Travel: Limited less than 10% of time. Overview: Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) is seeking a Cyberspace Digital Network Intelligence Analyst to support Local Government partner and other cyber mission partners. You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Intelligence and Operational Communities of Interest to develop access and exploitation analytical strategies against targets of interest. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of Space Areas of interest (ground, links, and satellites with cyberspace experience to conduct open / all source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor analysis in support of cyberspace operations. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work with a team to deliver analytical products (orally, visually, and in written formats) in accordance with established Department of Defense (DoD) policies, procedures, and requirements. Job Description: In this role, you will analyze highly complex and diverse mission areas requiring innovative solutions using various tools and databases. Additionally, you will conduct the following duties: • Execute target analysis and research to identify a variety of communication infrastructures. • Conduct Operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize network (logically and physically), telecommunications, and social networks to build a comprehensive intelligence picture. • Complete risk and vulnerability assessments at the network, system, and application levels. • Analyze data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements. • Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities using various Critical Factor Analysis techniques. • Assist with creation and development of exploitation strategies against targets of interest. • Identify gaps within intelligence to submit additional requirements to support collection operations • Provide technical recommendations to address gaps and seams in cyberspace operations capability development. • Deliver tailored oral, visual, and written analytical products to support our client's operational requirements. Basic Qualifications: • TS/SCI and be willing to pass an additional polygraph as required. • Minimum 8 years of related experience. • BA or BS degree in an IT-related Field or 4 years of technical experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms. • Self- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team; who can organize and manage individual schedule. • Extensive experience of Cyberwarfare Operations with knowledge of Space Information Environments. • Knowledge of internet protocols, telecommunication technologies, and internet routing. • Understanding of software applications, operating systems, and databases within the telecommunications architecture. • Well versed knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework and cyber attack vectors, as well as tactics, techniques and procedures. • Possess a solid grasp of satellite communications, the communications protocols, and types of traffic traversing the space information environment.
