Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: Bachelor's Degree (or three additional years' experience) Salary Range: $186 - 196K Job Title: Field Service Representative Job Description: Installs, configures, and maintains a variety of COTS hardware and software, including routers, switches, storage arrays, servers, and workstations, with a focus on meeting DoD and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Manages and implements complex network architectures, including LAN/WAN configurations, physical network infrastructure designs, and integrates advanced networking hardware such as Cisco Nexus and Aruba switches. Telework and travel position. Routinely travels among 23 AF DCGS core and satellite CONUS and OCONUS locations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of COTS hardware and software, including routers, switches, storage arrays, servers, and workstations, with a focus on meeting DoD and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) Managing and implementing complex network architectures, including LAN/WAN configurations, physical network infrastructure design, and the integration of advanced networking hardware such as Cisco Nexus and Aruba switches Installing and configuring operating systems across multiple classified networks and domains, utilizing both Microsoft and UNIX-based systems Performing fault isolation, diagnostic assessment, and corrective actions on mission-critical systems, including Full Motion Video (FMV) assets, to ensure continuous availability and operational integrity Developing, documenting, and maintaining systems to ensure reliability and security of deployed systems at both CONUS and OCONUS locations Required Qualifications Three years' experience performing above listed technical duties and responsibilities DoD 8570 IAT Level II-compliant certification Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills Exhibit professional qualities: Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats Work unsupervised, independently or as part of a team Ability to work effectively with sponsors, customers, subordinates, users Multi-task among numerous projects Desired Qualifications AF DCGS experience Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or three additional years' relevant experience Security Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI Physical Requirements: Sitting 70% Standing 30%, Climbing 10%, Walking 30%, Lifting up to 25lbs 20%, Carrying up to 25lbs 20%, Grasping 5%, Stooping or Crouching 5%, Crawling on hands and knees 20%, Reaching 10%, Near Acuity 100%, Color Determination 100%, Speaking with customers 75%, Listening 100%, Sight 100%, Use of Hands/Fingers 100% Position requires travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, possibly 75% of billable hours This position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
