Essential Functions: Serve as the primary and singular point of contact to construct and edit BI/BCS reports on behalf of BUMED and its employees for use on the web, in DMLSS, LogiCole, Reporting and Analytics (R&A), and other supported systems that use BI/BCS. Develop and manage Business Intelligence frontend solutions for BUMED. Identify the development needs for streamlining and improving the reporting capability of the organization and increasing efficiency and mission objectives. Works with customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services that your work unit produces, individuals who work in the agency, or other Government agencies) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations. Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations-excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, considering the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial). Minimum Require Qualifications: Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Business Analytics Certified Business Analysis Professional (or equivalent) At least two (2) years of experience working with SQL High level of knowledge in SAP BCS Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Security Clearance Must be eligible for DoD Secret clearance Work Location: This is a remote position but may require travel to the Falls Church, VA area for on-site customer meetings Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon's total compensation package for employees.
