Job description
Overview Support the Air Combat Command Requirements Directorate (ACC/A5I) to implement and sustain new and existing applications, and processes in support of the requirements of the Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) and High-Altitude ISR modernization. Responsibilities Provide support in ISR and RQ-4B sensor use, modernization and development with electro-optical, infrared and synthetics aperture radar technologies and capabilities Assist in measurement and signatures intelligence data flow in ground station systems for certification and accreditation processes for new ISR systems Provide support in the areas of planning, operations, sensors, budget planning and programming, requirements development and analysis, technical and operational assessments Program reviews in support of operations, research, development and acquisition, and sustainment activities Provide Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) expertise Provide support to develop and coordinate required JCIDS products through the Air Force and Joint processes Provide PEM support in developing execution year documents, projected budget requirements and supporting documentation for the PEM to submit as part of the Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission process and works programming issues throughout the entire POM/President's Budget (PB) Program Budget Decision cycle Support preparation of programming inputs as required to include: POM, Budget Estimate Submission, briefs, impact assessments, and review of system acquisition plans Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or the combination of: Associate's degree from an accredited university AND twelve (12) years of experience (may be the combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor time) in operations, staff or working RQ-4, AF ISR, Communications and IT systems Minimum three (3) years of experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor) Minimum five (5) years of experience (may be the combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor time) in operations, staff or working RQ-4, AF ISR, Communications and IT systems Knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures in support of ACC/A5IH, including RQ-4. Knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are developed, staffed and approved by Air Force Current knowledge and understanding of RQ-4 and how it is employed Familiarity with CAM sustainment funding and processes Familiarity developing JCIDS and QRC documents and processes Top Secret clearance, SCI-eligible Company Overview Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
