Job description

Choisys Technology is seeking a Help Desk professional with the following skills to support a DoD customer in Fort Eustis, VA. This position requires 2 days per week in the office, with the potential for more days if mission demands. Requirements:
-Positive customer service attitude and working knowledge of computer systems are two essential qualities required for the Help Desk position at the Army Training Support Center-Lifelong Learning Center (ATSC-LLC) Blackboard.
-You will be responsible for: Coordinating internal trouble tickets with the engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and the technical team as they seek resolution for complex issues
-Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers; Answering Help Desk calls; Responding to ATHD-AESMP tickets
-Assist with Bb101 Enrollment processing; Perform Touch Point data formatting; Perform Monthly and ad hoc Report formatting Requirements
-2 years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area
-Windows 10 experience
-Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification within 6 months of start date
-Secret clearance is preferred but must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation
