We are seeking a proactive and motivated Security Generalist with military experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and management, with a focus on military protocols, risk assessment, and the ability to lead in high-pressure environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively implement security measures to protect personnel, assets, and sensitive information. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures in alignment with military standards and organizational goals.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Manage day-to-day security operations, including the coordination of security personnel, resources, and systems.
Liaise with government agencies, military units, and external partners to ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols.
Monitor security technologies and stay updated on emerging threats and best practices in military and corporate security.
Provide leadership and training to security teams, ensuring they are equipped to handle various security situations.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
Prepare detailed reports on security breaches, investigations, and any necessary corrective actions. Qualifications Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and risk management.
Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Current TS/SCI clearance is a must.
Experience with Personnel Security (PERSEC) practices and procedures.
Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments. Desired Skills Proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Experience with security technology systems (e.g., surveillance, access control).
Familiarity with physical security, personnel security, and cybersecurity principles.
Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
