Project Manager, G-37 TREX Office Task Lead This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Cherokee Analytics is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager - G-37 TREX Office Task Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives, conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data, and identifying areas of risk and improvement. You will also perform statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products, ensuring accurate record keeping and data capture. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc and recurring business analytic support, including business process mapping and performance measures. Compensation & Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Project Manager, G-37 TREX Office Task Lead Responsibilities Include: Directly support the Director, G-37 TREX and serve as the G-37 Staff Task Lead. Assist the Project Manager in assessing new hires and ensuring the training and capability of Contractor personnel. Update senior leaders, MI soldiers, and units on program changes, guidance, and upcoming events. Define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data for providing advice and recommending solutions. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Project Manager, G-37 TREX Office Task Lead Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Active TS/SCI Clearance. Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years as a Senior NCO or Field Grade Officer highly desired Army experience preferred Ability to demonstrate analytic leadership in executing production methodologies and providing strategic guidance to Defense planners and policymakers Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
