IT Systems Engineer This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. IT Systems Engineers are the IT department's troubleshooters. They ensure all computer systems run smoothly by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networks. They also identify and solve problems, automate tasks for efficiency, and implement security measures. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for IT Systems Engineer: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. IT Systems Engineer Responsibilities Include: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to meet business requirements. Perform system integration and ensure seamless operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Ensure compliance with security protocols. Performs other job-related duties as assigned IT Systems Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field. Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance. 5 years of experience in Systems Architecture, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering within the last 15 years. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
