Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES In support of the DTRA Cybersecurity department, the Technical Writer is responsible for the following:
Develop Agency-level cybersecurity policy and related documentation in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and industry standards.
Serve as the Cybersecurity Departments' contractor representative for Agency-level policy documentation concerning cybersecurity policy initiatives.
Coordinate with the Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) to develop and revise comprehensive documentation to capture detailed instructions for daily operations to ensure the defense of the Agency's networks.
Coordinate with the IV&V and CSSP Teams to compile the TeKSynap Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports, which highlight the Teams key achievements, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) threat environment, challenges, and way ahead for cybersecurity at the Agency.
Develop Agency-wide communications on emerging cybersecurity topics for a variety of mediums.
Maintain the Cybersecurity SharePoint page, which highlights emerging cyber threats, team overviews, and serves as a one-stop shop for cybersecurity resources.
Distribute, manage, and track EIS Taskers in SharePoint for IT-CS. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Two (2) - Ten (10) years of experience.
High School diploma/Associates required.
Secret Clearance required.
