Note this position requires 2-3 days per week ONSITE: Location: Falls Church, VA PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Be part of the movement to support national efforts against CBRN threats by leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation. Collaborate with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems to integrate critical data across various domains. Focus on data gathering, standardization, communication, and integration into a command data model. Enhance situational awareness and threat forecasting through predictive analytics, providing decision-makers with dynamic data access and visualizations to optimize response planning. Location: HQ CDAO: Greater DC area 2-3 days/week JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze and assess software development or data acquisition requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions. • Support and work with a hybrid team of analyst, engineers, and developers to conduct research, and build and deploy complex, but easy- to-use analytical capabilities and/or devise a plan for development. • Works with data scientists, UX designers, cognitive scientists, developers, and testers to compose cohesive and sound designs that form the basis of scalable solutions. • Optimizes software designs and architectures to deliver desired performance targets and devises tooling and methodologies to profile execution and capture performance metrics. MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • 7-10 years demonstrated experience in scripting languages ( IE: Python or R) • 7-10 years direct experience in big data programming languages (IE Python or Java) • Experience with AI/ML model development, containerization, and productization • Knowledge Graph construction and reasoning experience, including property graph or RDF model frameworks • Experience with Elasticsearch and related indexing technologies • Experience performing research in Data Analytics or Big Data • Performed data analytics in direct support of military or intelligence community • Significant experience dealing with open source, publicly available information (PAI) data sources and/or forensic media (i.e., DOMEX) • Previous experience developing predictive algorithms • Experience supporting cybersecurity or network security operations. • Familiarity with social network analysis, supply chain analysis, forensic accounting, pattern of life, natural language processing, social media analysis, classification algorithms, and/or image processing • Experience blending analytical methodologies and leveraging existing COTS/GOTS/OS tools in unconventional manners MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors or Higher in related field • Active TS Clearance/SCI Eligible • Valid Passport • Ability to commute to Falls Church 2-3 days per week • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be authorized to work for the Federal government Opportunity Contingent on Bid Award
