Job description

Inova Health System is hiring for an experienced Registered Nurse for our Inova L. J. Murphy's Children's Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Our 108-bed, Level IV NICU is the largest in the region, and cares for high-risk infants requiring specialized care and observation. The NICU is also the first in the nation to receive The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Prematurity. This certification represents the highest level of care for premature birth patients.

This is a full-time role (3 12 hour shifts per week). Night or rotating shifts available.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of NICU RN experience. 2+ years of Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred.
Education : BSN, MSN or ADN required. If RN has an ADN, must complete BSN within 5 years of state date.
Licensure and Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
