Only those with a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance will be considered. Subject Matter Expert Required Experience: SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT • Demonstrated experience with Information Management.
• Demonstrated experience with project management.
• Demonstrated experience with system or process evaluations, to include identifying measures or indicators of system or process performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system or process.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements collection, analysis and definition.
• Demonstrated experience with configuration management.
• Demonstrated experience using software such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar application to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with creating professional presentations using Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Visio. Desired Experience: • Demonstrated experience serving operational missions in an operational or technical capability.
• Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the Sponsor's infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience creating project plans, managing project scope, schedule and budget.
• Demonstrated experience working closely and cooperatively with varied counterparts.
• Demonstrated experience with fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact delivery.
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
