Position Overview We are recruiting for a Senior Network Engineer for an exciting, growing mission to support all aspects of a large, complex, and growing network infrastructure. Responsibilities Collaborating with teammates to create, implement, and troubleshoot new engineering designs Translating requirements from internal stakeholders into engineering designs based on a standardized network architecture Presenting proposed changes to the standardized architecture to internal review boards Creating drawings and other configuration management documentation to track network changes Troubleshooting switch, router, and firewall connectivity issues between various customer sites Traveling to various data centers in the WMA to support ongoing network operations Completing patching of all network devices (router, switch, firewall, etc.) in accordance with Sponsor's policies Performing quarterly reviews of all network device access control lists and rulesets Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required Hands-on Cisco hardware configuration and maintenance experience, and hands-on experience in an enterprise-scale network environment Experience with OSI model, TCP/IP, and subnetting Experience with Cisco switches and Cisco ASA firewalls Experience with Tier II/III level troubleshooting, configuring various routing protocols Experience with building IPSec and/or MACSec tunnels Strong shell scripting experience Preferred Qualifications Hands on experience with Palo Alto firewalls Hands on experience with Cisco Firepower and/or Cisco ISE Hands on experience with VXLAN Company EEO Statement Accessibility/Accommodation: If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to or call Opt. 4 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.
