Labor Category: Program Manager Position Title: Project Integrator Position Level: All Levels Salary: Up to $170,000.00 per year Core Hours: 9am to 4pm Location: Mclean VA Description: Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. Project Integrator - The Customer creates and releases innovative technology products that drive analytic rigor and insight. The Customer requires Candidates that support the visualization and creation of flyers, posters, logos, templates, and complex visuals for marketing and branding materials to release these technology products to the Customer's analytic cadre to support their mission needs. The Customer also requires multi-media support in video production, animation, story-boarding, illustrations, web design, and installations to further its IT projects. Graphic design and multi-media support will enable the Customer to meet these critical requirements. Design support may also include the creation of business products, such as awards, invites, engravings, web design and posters, which promote the Customer's brand and reputation for creating revolutionary technology products. Candidates will support Customer's interdisciplinary team, and be responsible for executing multiple design projects under minimal supervision. Work Requirements: The Candidate shall work closely with all marketing and branding efforts across the Customer's organization to design a wide-range of routine-to-complex projects such as charts and graphs, flow diagrams, infographics, presentation visuals, illustrations, publication design, cover designs, brochures, posters, logos, and exhibit design. The Candidate shall develop, design, produce, and deliver visual products for print, presentation, installation, and web or other digital display for the Customer's officers. The Candidate shall assess client objectives and expectations, and advise client on project design, format, and dissemination. The Candidate shall assess available resources and, if necessary, develop a production schedule. The Candidate shall facilitate virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customers. The Candidate shall use professional industry standards of sound design, color, and typography. The Candidate shall use the Customer's standard software, as well as adhere to the Customer's standards for design, production, and product handling. The Candidate shall develop and maintain their skills commensurate with industry-wide best practices. The Candidate shall support event coordination. The Candidate shall ensure its personnel stay up-to-date on the latest versions of Adobe applications as they become available in the Customer's environment. The Candidate shall explore innovative uses of Adobe applications that might benefit the Customer, such as using Adobe Animate or Cinema 4D. Demonstrated experience working in graphic design or in a similar field. 2. Demonstrated experience applying color theory, typography, and visualization and design concepts. 3. Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro. 4. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Optional Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in web design, web development, and/or web publishing. 2. Demonstrated experience facilitating visualization or design concept meetings. 3. Demonstrated experience with computer animation and 3D modeling. 4. Demonstrated experience in branding and market identity. 5. Demonstrated experience in photography and audio, and visual editing and dubbing. 6. Demonstrated experience of robust creative and technical skills. 7. Demonstrated experience with customer service and project management skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent arts major.
